Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development activities in line with BU strategy, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Focus on EV chargers as the core business, while expanding BESS, PV/RES inverters and electric propulsion product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, contractors, consultants and system integrators for large-scale private and public projects.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in energy sector.
  • Proven track record in working with EPCs, contractors and public/private tenders.
  • Solid technical knowledge of EV chargers, BESS, PV inverters and electric propulsion products.
  • Strong understanding of electrification and renewable energy market trends, technologies and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow accounts in competitive markets.
  • Analytical mindset with capability to translate market insights into commercial actions.

Role Overview

This is a fast-paced, operations-driven back-office role within the Sales team, focused on managing a demanding volume of daily customer requests and ensuring accurate and timely execution of sales support processes. The position requires strong ability to work within structured workflows, handle multiple parallel tasks, and consistently operate across ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Success in this role depends on strong organizational skills, attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to efficiently coordinate internally with technical and commercial teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in daily operations and back-office activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely responses.
  • Draft and prepare quotations, contracts, and proposals for customers.
  • Track open offers and follow up on sales leads.
  • Process orders into the ERP system, monitor stock levels, and prepare reports.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Automation) or in Business Administration / Marketing.
  • B.A. is considered as a plus.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a sales support, operations, or administrative role, in industrial/technical field.
  • Experience or familiarity with the referenced product portfolio will be considered a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems will be a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and methodical Assembly Specialist for temperature sensors to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and preparing industrial temperature sensors (thermocouples and RTDs) in accordance with international standards and internal quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble industrial temperature sensors (thermocouples and RTDs) based on technical drawings and work instructions
  • Perform tasks such as cutting, welding, crimping, wiring, and mechanical assembly
  • Verify correct wiring (2-wire, 3-wire, 4-wire configurations) and thermocouple polarity
  • Prepare sensors with MgO insulation and connection heads
  • Conduct in-process inspections (visual inspection, continuity testing, basic dimensional verification)
  • Maintain documentation for product identification and traceability

Requirements

  • Technical School diploma (EPAL/IEK or equivalent)
  • Experience in technical assembly, manufacturing, or a production environment
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow procedures
